Return Policy

This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund handling for booked evening relaxation services.

Cancellation window

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may qualify for a full refund or rebooking credit.

Requests received less than 24 hours before session start are reviewed individually and may be eligible for partial credit.

If a participant does not attend without notice, the session is marked completed and refund eligibility may not apply.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.

Rescheduling requests can be submitted by email or phone and are confirmed based on current evening availability.

This policy does not limit rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
